In the event that you are unable to make the reservation, you must inform us as soon as possible.
Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be made at least 10 days in advance.
In the event of unannounced no-shows or repeated cancellation or change of booking dates, you may be required to pre-pay the next booking. In this case, change or cancellation will not be allowed, while in case you do not come, its value will not be refunded.
Virginia’s Boutique Apartments does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Virginia’s Boutique Apartments shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on any such websites or services.
We ask for your understanding and help in keeping the reservations correctly so that we can serve you better.
Prepaid Booking (No Discount)
In the pre-paid reservation, the amount of the charge is not refunded in case you do not show up for your reservation.
Change to prepaid booking without discount, allowed up to 48 hours prior to booking at no extra cost.
Prepayment with Discount (Early Booking)
The discount on pre-paid reservations is provided in order to keep the reservation and make a timely reservation.
In prepaid reservations with a discount (Early Booking), changes are made at least 48 hours before the reservation with a fee of €15. Free change to Early Booking reservation is not possible.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, its value is not refunded.
Delay in Reservation
In case of any delay, please inform us in time. In the event of a delay of more than 24 hours, the reservation is canceled and non-refundable if prepaid.
